Ethnic design e-commerce site
Ethnic-Atmosphere.com is not a commonplace e-commerce site. It is indeed a show-room featuring a very rich medley of unusual ethnic art objects for decoration and furnishing which stages on the new site www.ethnic-atmosphere.com. TKOS more than adding technical value has contributed to reproduce the atmosphere wanted by its creator.

High-tech value added application
For a Swedish manufacturer of networked home automation products, we developed an entry monitoring application for big apartment complexes. With a peripheral WinCE combining TV services, CD player, Radio and web that enabled relaying pictures taken by the camera at the entrance to the apartments, we implemented IP telephony and web conferencing.

Cutting edge information processing technology
An application of billing medical procedures was developed for doctors and hospitals in USA. The doctors download their planning at the beginning of the day, store all information about visits in a PDA. The data are synchronized by connecting to the server at the end of the day. This information ensures the billing of patients or the insurance companies directly.
Developments carried out on Pocket PC PDA using C# .NET and SqlCE.

Team perfectly suited to the need
We recruited, set up and managed a dedicated team of 10 developers and project heads for an American client (Software solutions editor for hospitals). The client successfully took over the control of the team after a transition period.

Workflow and processing
For a California based client, we designed a client/server application with web integration that helps law firms manage documents for mergers and acquisitions.
This application uses C#.Net, XML/DOM, MS SQL server 2000.
It permits, according to professional management rules, defining the exit format for documents that are approved by managers according to a workflow.
